Revenue Growth Management · CPG

I work in Revenue Growth Management. What I've found over the last few years is that AI changes what's actually possible in this kind of work. Not the version people put in press releases. The version where analysis that used to take a week takes an afternoon, where a pricing tool that used to need a data science team gets built by one person over a weekend, and where the question shifts from "can we do this" to "what should we do with it."

I got here by doing almost everything else first. Retail. Consumer banking. Accounting. FP&A. Brand finance. Commercial sales finance. Sales analytics. Account management. Then RGM at L'Oréal, Coca-Cola, and Revlon. That background makes me useful in rooms where the finance person and the sales person are talking past each other.

It turns out a lemonade stand is a surprisingly complete model for almost any pricing, promo, or margin concept you'd want to explain to a CFO, a buyer, or an eight-year-old. I've tested this.

Off the clock: a camera. A kitchen. A dog. A story to tell.
